The inspiring silhouette of the body was the impetus for this collage, the kaleidoscopic sensibility drove the composition and had recently visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art In which I came across these phenomenal screaming faces in some kind of stoneware or ceramic, and that color inspired. And I felt that the sharp rays of color added a dynamism.
